For homeowners, we know that addressing even the smaller details and concerns is a priority, and in the case of our line of work these concerns can range from where you will park while we work, how long it is going to take, and for some, how we will access your concrete issues. Here’s the thing; we’ve already figured that part out for you. Our flexibility allows us to schedule the best time for you- whether that be while you’re at work, at the grocery store, or even while you’re at home. A simple job may take no more than a few hours to complete, allowing you to park on your driveway/affected area again within the same day.
Upon arrival, we will already have an estimated time span as to how long the job will take- keeping in mind worst case scenarios, like a skunk evacuating his family, or a void stretching to the earth’s core. In the event that something to this extent occurs, we will clear our schedule for the rest of the day to finish your job, and/or we can work with you to span the job out between a couple days if this becomes necessary.
And for those with back patios, pool decks, and the occasional concrete-pad-in-the-middle-of-nowhere, we’ve got you covered. We have developed a small, lightweight machine known as our Parks And Trails System, giving us access to off road, hard to access, and even remote locations. We charge no extra for the use of this system, so don’t hesitate to ask if you are worried about the condition of your lawn or the distance from the road to your concrete. Check out this link to read more about this system and why this was so necessary to develop. For more information about us, click here.
