We often found clients requesting estimates for areas that were inaccessible with our regular, larger machinery. Faced with this challenge, we had two options: extend a longer hose or create a compact, lightweight machine that could handle all sorts of off-road concrete projects. While the latter option was a more challenging task, our hard work paid off.
Our Parks and Trails System is the first of its kind, a polyurethane pumping system that not only enhances mobility but also allows LongCrete to serve a broader range of clients. And because we’re so excited to share this innovative solution, we don’t charge extra when our Parks and Trails System is required for a job.
A Unique and Lightweight Solution
We believe we’ve created the only Parks and Trails Geo Foam Machine in the country. The difference between a typical road machine and our parks machine is significant. While our 16,000 lb road machine is designed solely for roadways, our parks machine weighs just 4,125 lbs, is equipped with landscaping tires, and is built for off-road access to remote locations. Its compact size—6 feet tall and 4 feet wide—makes it perfect for reaching secluded areas without damaging the surrounding environment.
