Approaches

Most often it is the small symptoms like a large approach sinking even just half an inch that can indicate a void beneath the concrete. These sorts of jobs are always interesting because typically they have either fallen significantly with a little void or have barely fallen with a large void- it all depends on the strength of the rebar and the weight of the concrete. In these cases, it is better not to take your chances- at the slightest indication of a void, don’t hesitate to call LongCrete. At the very least, have us come out for a free estimate where we have the option to drill a hole in the concrete and determine the severity of the void underneath.
